In an effort to clarify recent allegations and shed light on a distressing incident, Naira Marley, the CEO of Marlians Music, has unveiled a recorded conversation with his late former signee, Mohbad.
This development comes as a response to Naira Marley’s recent interview with prominent activist Reno Omokri, during which he disclosed that Mohbad had once made a suicide attempt.
The controversy surrounding this unfortunate event began when Naira Marley made startling accusations against Mohbad in his conversation with Reno Omokri. He claimed that Mohbad had previously attempted to take his own life, a revelation that left the public both surprised and puzzled.
In the newly released video recording, Naira Marley can be heard engaging in a conversation with Mohbad, who, sadly, is no longer with us. During the recorded exchange, Mohbad can be heard offering an apology for his previous statements.
Naira Marley is heard in the recording confronting Mohbad about publicly accusing him of threatening his life and recalling the incident in which Mohbad had allegedly contemplated suicide.
In the recorded conversation, Naira Marley expressed concern for Mohbad’s well-being, inquiring about his current state of mind. Naira Marley’s words were, “So, you don’t feel like harming yourself again? This was just an hour ago when you locked yourself up in the room. I’ve told you to be open and speak your mind.”
Mohbad responded by offering an apology and explaining that stress had driven him to make such a dire statement.
