Charles Oputa, a renowned Nigerian entertainer known as Charly Boy, has expressed his response to the recovery of luxury vehicles allegedly linked to former Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom.
In recent news, the asset recovery committee established by Benue State’s new governor, Hyacinth Alia, conducted a raid on an automobile shop reportedly associated with Ortom. Alia accused the previous administration led by Ortom of engaging in looting activities, claiming that he found no cars or trucks at the government house upon assuming office.
During the operation, the committee reportedly seized certain vehicles and had to employ towing vans to remove others after unsuccessful attempts to drive them away.
Taking to his Twitter account, Charly Boy expressed his disappointment with Ortom. He criticized the former governor for consistently condemning the government of former President Muhammadu Buhari while being involved in questionable activities.
He wrote, “See as Ortom go fall my hand.
“How come dem discover over 30 cars for ur garage, wetin you dey take am do.
“Na only u alone wan ride 30cars, una don craze be dat.
